1. He handled multiple check ins with friendly aplomb and even took the time to call the room later when he had found the answer to my question about the location of a certain attraction.

3. We book from the internet only 1 night because we not sure how the hotel good or not when we go to check in around 8 pm the door already lock i have to use extra window to check in.

6. The hotel clerk (Ginger) was an absolute delight and did everything possible to make our 3-night stay pleasant, including letting us have our room before the regular check-in time.

7. My check in was very smooth and the room I had was carpeted, nice large tv and plenty of hot water ( which to me is very important!) I found all of the deskclerks to be extremly helpful and friendly kudos to ginger and matt.
