1. Like the last poster, I had read review complimentary of the staff but the desk staff was detached and indifferent and did not even acknowledge my presence when I moved through.

2. complimentary breakfast would be nice & convenient, but who really goes to an francisco to eat in the hotel?there are dozens of great restaurants within a few blocks.

3. it would also be nice if the lobby computers were complimentary for guests, instead of $5 for 15 minutes.
