1. Our waiter disappeared for much of our time there, but the manager was very helpful so despite the below-average service by our waiter I felt the manager helped make up for it.

4. The staff was so nice and friendly - we met the head manager Norbert (super nice guy) and all the staff was helpful in giving suggestions, offering free coffee in the am, and making us feel so special (for us, this is one of the big benefits of staying at a smaller, more personal hotel vs.
