3. This is a good hotel to stay in for the location, it is close to the Ferry Building which has wonderful shops and food emporia and a farmer's market on the weekends.

7. Helped in many ways, rented a hybrid and got free parking from them and they let us keep our luggage checked until it was time to check in, staff was friendly and offered advice for food and entertainment as well as help with the local transit.
