3. There is a Lincoln Towncar service on site, it costs more than a taxi, but the additional expense provided very prompt, clean and friendly transportation service.

4. Room service--Though no different in any other hotel I`ve stayed at in SF, it really is ridiculous to order a sandwich and drink, and with fee/tip have it cost nearly $30.

5. Ultimately they did make an attempt to help me find another hotel - at over 2 times the Griffon`s cost, but when I went back to check on cancellations the man wouldn`t even slow down and look at us directly - apparently couldn`t be bothered.
