1. The Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, Pier 39 and Union Square Hearts are all great sights.

3. I am not sure if we were just unlucky but there seemed to be a lot of noise just from other rooms (no street noise) - it was almost like being at boarding school - you could hear every conversation.

6. It's a small hotel, bit like an upmarket hostel and the location was brilliant, Bush Street is a 5 minute walk from Union Square where all the shops and tram stops are.

9. As one toils up Bush Street from Market Street, the entrance is easily missed as it is nothing more than a narrow door.
