1. When I was able to check in in the late afternoon I was given an old fashioned key (fun!) and sent up to a comfy, clean, and quiet room.

The artwork makes each room different, and some people's reviews seem to be based on whether or not they liked the room artwork - if you book on their website you can send an email with your favourite rooms (look on the site for pictures) and they will try to allocate you one of those on check-in.
