The
suite
was clean but does need a refurb, not so much the sitting area, but the bedrooms and bathroom need a refit.

The room was very clean, the two main beds in the mini
suite
were comfortable and the location is second to none; and parking is free.

We had room 222 which is billed as a mini
suite
and is situated on the corner facing both Mason and Beach Sts which means you get street noise on two sides of the room.

I did a lot of research into hotels that would
suit
a family in San Francisco (as most hotels do not have family rooms and you have to purchase 2 rooms) and overall I think this one was the best value for money - and we pretty much knew what we were going to get.

Stay away from the mini-
suite
on the second floor at the corner of Mason & Bay; it's one of the noisiest hotel rooms I've ever had the pleasure of being moved from.
"Decent hotel at Fisherman's Wharf "
