1. Motel was very convenient to North Beach and public transportation, as well as some shopping.

2. The F line runs parallel along Beach Street, but because our room was close to the intersection where there's a junction, it sounded like a load of garbage cans was going down the street every twenty minutes until late hours.

3. We had room 222 which is billed as a mini suite and is situated on the corner facing both Mason and Beach Sts which means you get street noise on two sides of the room.
