3. I understand that many places are trying to cut down on sheets/towel laundry, however, I was not impressed with a card on everything that is normally done by room service asking you to please consider not having the item changed.

However the hotel also did not seem clean with stained sheets and dodgy hand out samples were being used for shampoo etc. While we were checking out there was already a couple of rooms complaining, and the staff seemed really questionable, with one customer claiming he tried sneaking into their room three times.

9. The quality of the hotel has gone way down, and upon entering the tiny, steaming hot, 1 bedroom room, with rock hard beds, threadbare sheets and a dripping shower, I was very glad I was only staying one night.
