1. I would not stay there again, since there are plenty of nice neighborhoods in San Francisco offering hotels with similar prices.
"Wouldn't come back " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/26/2011 Vote
2. It's not in the best neighborhood, and the room is big enough to accommodate a large bed, a dresser, a desk and a chair.
"Very convenient " Read full review on Expedia   11/4/2009 Vote
3. On the downside - breakfast is a joke (juice, toast and coffee), TV reception is unusually bad (I tried it in two different rooms), and while the neighborhood may still be called Union Square, it feels more like the edge of the Tenderloin.
"Great value " Read full review on Expedia   11/24/2008 Vote
4. I planned a last minute trip to SF and was pleased to find a hotel near attractions I wanted to visit for so inexpensive a price, despite previous remarks of being in an unsavory neighborhood (which I don't agree with at all after being within 2-3 miles of everything in the central city).
"Decently Priced, clean and a wonderful staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/27/2012 Vote
5. Unfortunately it seems that the epicenter of the above is within hotel Adante neighborhood.
"mixed feelings " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/16/2010 Vote
6. It`s a only a 5 minute walk to Union Square, but it`s in a borderline neighborhood (massage parlors, etc.), and I would not recommend it for nervous or inexperienced travelers.
"Great Price and Service, Marginal Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/30/2008 Vote
7. Yes, there are homeless people in the neighborhood, but guess what - they are also outside 5 star $500 a night hotels right down the street.
"Good value, but don`t expect the Ritz " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/12/2008 Vote
8. Just on the edge of being in a bad neighborhood, but not a bad location.
"Good Value, but Could be Better " Read full review on Expedia   9/19/2009 Vote
9. However, the neighborhood is not the best, and the insulation in the hotel is non-existant, so you hear everything in the hallway at nighttime.
"Nice hotel for travelers on a budget " Read full review on Expedia   3/17/2009 Vote
