3. The Courtyard is located right between two Starbucks (one on Beach in the Argonaut motel bldg; the other by Walgreens on Jones), or there's a good independent coffeehouse called Coffee Adventure on Columbus.

8. About the only negative I can think of was that our room fronted on Beach Street, as was noisy at times.
