4. Everything looked very nice - wonderful location, charming and elegant lobby, doormen, etc. Inside the room - antiques, soft neutral colors, large sitting room, clean white marble bathroom, and best of all, lovely big WINDOWS that opened to fresh air and an incredible view.

5. The only fault if there is one is there are no Tea or Coffee making facilities, which I would of expected for this standard of hotel, Room service is very expensive, but if you cross the road to the Fairmont Hotel walk through their lobby down in the lift one floor, they have a coffee shop, which does take-aways so great if you have a lovely new husband who doesn't mind a quick walk in a morning, but not the most convenient.
