3. The staff at the Hotel were charming but we did have a problem with the fact that every day another charge was 'put on hold' on our credit card and on check-out this was very confusing indeed when it came to paying our final bill.

6. There is the usual annoying charge for WiFi and an exorbitant charge for parking though in fairness all parking in the area is very expensive.

7. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms which is ok however i do think $12 plus tax, plus $3 tray charge and Gratuity is a little expensive for 2 coffees each day, we were on our holiday so didn't mind but it does make a difference at the end of the stay when you have paid over $100 just on coffee.
