1. Early the next morning as we were leaving a different person was on reception and he tried to change the price but the computer system would not let him do so so we were charged the full rate but he assured us that we would be refunded the money.

2. The manager did email us back and we were refunded the money immediately but it was a bit annoying that it was not sorted straight away and didn't like the way Wayne had handled it.
