4. and I kid you not, this was the exact phrase the manager said 'We've had that happen', well captain obvious manager, I can see how people would just was to leave all there belongings and food and run out of this hotel, its that badthey did not even know where the bags were, they had to contact the cleaning lady and ask her .

6. It was 8pm Sunday night so we could not get in contact with the manager and was annoyed that he did not try to do this for us.
