1. While there are some boarded up buildings, it seems like a neighborhood transitioning with newer apartment buildings sprouting up just around the corner.

8. Only negative is that it seems many younger people are moving into those neighborhoods and if you have a window that looks over their parking lot, you can sure hear them partying outside on a late weekend/early morning night.
