1. The parking fee is reasonable, breakfast is a fixed $10 (none of your $15 4-ounce glasses of juice so common in DC!) and in-room ethernet is free.

9. Only negative is that it seems many younger people are moving into those neighborhoods and if you have a window that looks over their parking lot, you can sure hear them partying outside on a late weekend/early morning night.
