No AC meant 85 degrees temperatures on a COOL night in our room, no working tv, a lock on the door that was not secure, dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived, dirty carpets and comforter, and a strange and unhelpful/borderline aggressive front desk man who tried to overcharge us what our confirmation said.
