2. The bed truly was very comfortable, the writing desk was actually situated near electrical outlets (not something I've come to expect in hotels, more's the pity) so we could plug in our laptops, the closet was generously sized (the better to store a semester's worth of stuff.

5. The bed was very comfy and I didn't notice any extreme noise, just your normal everyday city noise then odd siren etc..

Well appointed, very clean and cheerful, not pretentious or tacky, big windows, very comfortable bed and bedding with loads of pillows; the water pressure is great and the water is nice and hot, so while the shower nozzle was low for us (I'm 5'10' and he's 6'), showers were enjoyable and satisfying.

8. The concierge guy cannot understand any accent other than American (we're aussies), the bed was way too soft and we both slept like a banana and leaning into each other because there was no give, bathroom is the size of a coffin, and the breakfast is great if you like eating sugar and pastry.
