7. Once we checked into the hotel we felt better, as the front desk staff was very friendly and professional, and the hotel itself felt very welcoming, enclosed, comfortable, and secure.

10. But what really made our stay special was we'd told the front desk upon checking in why we were there (birthday celebrations) and during our stay they brought up a gift for my friend.
