3. Basically, they've taken a classic 1960's Motel, decided not to screw with it too much, upgraded some key things, and then ensured that service is friendly, and that the bar / restaurant is buzzy and beautiful.

7. This is a nice hotel with nice room but the bar / restraint turns into a late night bar, and the smoking area / outside area for this is the patio that all rooms look onto which dose get noisy at weekends.
