1. Staff was fantastic and helpful, check in was easy despite having to go to 2 doors down to White swan their sister hotel.

3. If you need anything, you have to go next door to the sister hotel, since Petite Auberge is not manned except for check-in.

4. A late check-in next door at the White Swan was very easy and we appreciated staying in a secure building, although we felt quite comfortable walking in the area day and night.

9. A few reviewers have highlighted the issue of having to go 'next door' to their neighbouring hotel to check-in etc, when there is no one manning the desk at the Petite, but this really isn't a bother as it is seconds away and they are reachable by phone if you have any questions.
