1. )It is expected that the staff is helpful, but it always stands out when even the bellmen and the valets are courteous and accommodating (which they are).

2. Valet was very efficient, however, I did feel 50dollars for the night was quite excessive in relation to what we paid elsewhere, but this was only a minor issue.
