This level of service and thoughfullness should not have been a surprise as it had already been displayed when i was trying to source a hire car before i travelled and got excellent advice and service from Bill Sutton through e-mails and on our 2nd day we were helped so kindly again by William Hall as i had forgot to print my Alcatraz tickets and realised we would need loads if ID to pick up tickets at pier so William allowed us to e-mail him conformation which he could then print.
