5. All the staff we had contact with at the Donatello were top rate, friendly, helpful and making sure that any problems we had were dealt with immediatly - our phone in the room did not work when we arrived and a man came within 5 minutes to fix it.

7. Although this is expensive where we come from, it seems to be a reasonable rate for San Fran (compared to the $55 at the Marriott Marquis).
