You must stand in line which sounds like no big deal (and I usually like to do it to check the
bill
anyways) but when they have only 1 person working at the desk at 9am and there's a lineup of 4 people.

they did take it off the

after I called them (I was actually going to return the coffee if they didn't)There is no express checkout in room either by phone or by the TV and you do not receive a

in your room on your last night.
