I agree with most previous reviewers about its great staff, convenient location, good-sized rooms (for San Francisco), good breakfasts, fresh-baked cookies every day (a different varieties, and definitely not from a tub of cookie dough), free soft drinks, fireplace in our room, and our wi-fi did work throughout our stay.
