1. Even though the bathroom was 'well loved', the bathtub (not a fiberglass tub) was one of the best for relaxing with a book for an hour soak.

4. floor tiles dirty looking and broken, the bathtub was dirty with scum and even after scrubbing didn't look much better, and all of the taps were leaking.
