1. Fantastic location, extremely helpful staff, excellent rooms, great complimentary drinks every afternoon, excellent breakfast made for a wonderful stay.

2. ( The one thing about an older hotel, I have never had a shower with as much water pressure, it was amazing - no low flow showers/water conservation here) It was lovely having the bonus fridge in the room and the complimentary beverages of bottled water and pops.

3. Every afternoon (late, around 4:30 - 5) down in the very comfortable and cozy sitting room/library, they served delicious hors d'oeuvres (cheese and crackers, dip and chips, fruit, olives) and wine, both red and white, all complimentary.

5. The room was very large with a king sized bed, a pull out sofa bed, a gas fireplace, a wingback chair, large closet and a cute, little kitchen nook with a bar sink, microwave, some glassware, and a refrigerator (stocked with complimentary water and soda.
