1. This hotel is centrally located, mere steps from Penn Station and close to Times Square, Empire State Building etc. We had a fantastic 34th floor view of Manhattan's skyline.

We were pleased with our room but would have liked a better view so we went down to reception to see about getting an upgrade, once again it was jimmy who said 'you can't get a better view because the people that have these rooms have paid more money than you' I explained I was willing to pay extra but he just said 'well no rooms are available' great holiday spoiled by one rude man.

The positives : great, central location; Tick Tock Diner very convenient and good food; upgraded room had wonderful view of the Empire State Building and the NYC skyline; bed was very comfortable and the room well soundproofed, giving a comfortable night's sleep; cleaning staff were polite and kept the room spotlessly clean; conference room was large and had good facilities.
