1. The pluses: free parking, easily walk to restaurants, bars, the Magnificent Mile, and the express shuttle bus to the United Center, reasonable price, and check in and check out times were good.

4. The reason for our trip was to go to the Bears game and they were gracious enough to let us park at the hotel until the game was over later that evening with no charge, even though we were due to check out that morning.

6. Check out was just as easy as check in and overall we had a brilliant time in this hotel - I wouldnt hesitate to go back there or recommend it to my friends/family.

8. The free parking was great, we pre-registered early so we could catch the red line to Wrigley Field and then after the game we checked in and then on our last day we were able to check out and leave the car parked there until 5pm.
