4. Good thing only 2 of us were staying at this hotel-I have never stayed in a hotel with this small of room-you had about 1 foot of walking space around the bed & could touch the walls when sitting on the bed -- there is no where to put your suitcase or clothes-you have to live out of your suitcase & hope you don't trip on it-(and I was told this was one of the bigger rooms) When I called to complain about the small room size and try to upgrade to a larger room or get a refund in order to move to another hotel I was told by the Manager(who they had to call as there was no manager on duty)-"what did I expect a palace.

5. After requesting a partial refund for our annoyance and inconvenience, they told us since we booked our trip on a third-party website (expedia, hot wire, etc.) they were not able to do ANYTHING for us.
