I really enjoyed my stay here and this will be the hotel I stay in every time I return to Chicago-I really don't want to check out tomorrow morning as it's been the first GREAT hotel stay I've had in ages!(The manager, Jackie is fabulous and the supporting front desk staff like Kelly are delightful.

Good thing only 2 of us were staying at this hotel-I have never stayed in a hotel with this small of room-you had about 1 foot of walking space around the bed & could touch the walls when sitting on the bed -- there is no where to put your suitcase or clothes-you have to live out of your suitcase & hope you don't trip on it-(and I was told this was one of the bigger rooms) When I called to complain about the small room size and try to upgrade to a larger room or get a refund in order to move to another hotel I was told by the Manager(who they had to call as there was no manager on duty)-"what did I expect a palace.
