1. Our room contained: one comfortable Q bed with an oversized material-covered headboard, soft and firm pillows, and personal reading lights; a 4' granite-topped desk with lamp, clock radio, phone; surprisingly comfy leather desk chair; small modern table for coffee service; wall-mounted flatscreen tv; high-speed internet; ceiling lamp; tiny closet (which also contained a safe, 3-drawer chest, and 3/4 length mirror); sheers and black-out curtains covering a large window (our view was of both skyscapers and a red-brick building facade); appropriate hvac controlled in-room; nice-sized bathroom with subway tile and modern-retro wallpaper, tub and shower combo, curved shower rod, square sink with storage underneath (including hairdryer and REAL, not rough, tissues), mirror and sufficient light, enough towels, and a fast-flush toilet.

3. Obviously an old Chitown hotel converted into a chic modern space with excellent lighting, windows that open to the breeze, self-regulating AC and heat, a huge King bed with great bedding and pillows, two table lamps, a granite countertop and chair for work space, a built-in upholstered banquette against the wall near the bed, special focused reading lamps on each side of bed that were tiny LEDS on a gooseneck that I loved and a very nice bathroom.

5. The dining areas became crowded easily; perhaps removing some of the eye-candy sofas-chairs-pillows and adding more practical dining chairs and tables would alleviate the congestion.

6. The rooms were not large but certainly adequate - plenty of towels - which is important with 2 teenage girls, 2 different kinds of pillows come standard on each bed, plenty of shampoo and conditioner and lotion.
"Wonderful Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/20/2011 Vote
7. The rooms are big enough for a weekend break, they had a huge bed- i stayed in king size with tons of pillows and very warm.
