1. If you do stay here, you don't have to pay the $45/day extra for hotel parking -- there is free street parking all up and down the block in front, along the park.

7. Lincoln park is RIGHT across the street and we walked through the zoo in the park for Free in the morning while all the animals were out and there were only a handful of other people there.
