1. Worst of all was my bed - two rock hard pillows, a funky bed spread and a headboard that wobbled and creaked every time I sat on the bed.

4. Our room has a living room, dining room, kitchen, good sized bed room, 1 1/2 bathroom with tub and shower and surprisingly a walk-in closet with washing machine and ironing stuff.

7. After the poky hotel rooms of San Francisco and New York, our suite with king size bed was positively palatial.

8. We had a great time here, and loved that the place was so big the kids had plenty of play space and could tuck them into bed in the big bedroom and not worry about disturbing them if we stayed up later in the living areas.

10. Peeling wallpaper, very old cabinetry in the bathroom, a coffeemaker that was missing the lid (and thus would not drip properly), and bed linens so threadbare they should have been discarded a year ago.
