1. The furniture was a little frayed around the edges if you looked but everything was very clean, including the kitchen and bath.

2. The rooms are large 1 bedroom, 2 bath apartments - good so far, except that the rooms are dingy and old - all the finishes were literally from the 70s - that cheap, thin stuff put in starter homes in a tract subdivision.

The room, which was really an apartment, had a half-bath when you walked in, then a hall closet, very large living room with amazing views, dining room, full kitchen (which we didn't use) and then a master suite complete with laundry in the walk-in closet and a full bathroom with jacuzzi and double sinks.
