We stayed here April 1 to April 3 2011, and we were in Chicago to see Queens of The Stone Age at the Riviera Theatre which is only a 5 minute drive from the hotel, When we first drove in the parking lot we were like 'uhhhh im scared' we talked to the guy at the front desk and he was really friendly, so we got our keys and went to our room (212) when we got in our room it was clean and smell free.

9. We checked in on Thursday the 16th of June and the gentleman at the front desk was not able to find my reservation, I knew there would be some kind of trouble since they put reservations in a notebook After a few minutes he found the reservation and we went to the room and it was very clean.

10. The elderly man at the front desk was very kind and informative when we asked about public transit which, by the way, is very easy to get to from the hotel(another reason we chose to stay at the Heart, we had planned on going out drinking and didn't want to drive our car back).
