1. Ordered room service several times and it was always delicious, prompt and the waiters very helpful and nice.

4. Also, I'm not sure what hotel policy is on room service clean up but on a daily basis for long periods of time there was left over dishes/garbage from room service in the hallways outside of guest room doors and it was kind of a turn off.

10. They did charge us incorrectly on our credit card for the room service, but I think that was my fault for not telling the server at the time that it was part of our package, but when I called the hotel, they immediately credited my card since it was part of the package.
