1. I may not have gone out for a tour of the city since i am part of the officers in this busy convention but I have met the many departmental managers who made us feel so very welcome and important.

5. When we contacted hotel manager about the situation with the front desk manager and the liquor, they were incredibly rude, refused to do anything about it, and continued to act like they had done nothing wrong and that we had no right to be upset.

9. Housekeeping verified that the room had been cleaned to our satisfaction and at the time of entering the room we had noticed a sock under the sofa at exactly the same time housekeeping manager came up.
