We had a blast -room service was very good (even if the maid one day took our own bottle of wine out of the fridge & repaced it with hotel wine!) staff were friendly although the Concierge couldn't really explain the basic rules of baseball (however to be fair he had maps & directions etc on how to get there witrh ease).

6. While there was nothing spectacular about the hotel, it met all of my needs and we found almost everyone to be quite friendly and helpful (front desk, room service, bellhop).
