1. Our problems were as follows:Internet access in rooms - yes, no problem - except it costs and we had to ask how much.

6. The concierge was also wonderful, and always had good advice to local shops, restaraunts, etc. He also was able to get us transport to Ohare the morning we left, in a nice SUV (Infiniti) that cost us no more than a regular city taxi to the Airport would have cost, which was terrific.
