1. Bottom Line: This is not a Ritz Carlton but there are more than enough basic amenities and all of the most important things (cleanliness, beds) you want in a hotel are 10/10.

5. We have stayed at several other hotels in Chicago during her school terms and none compare to this Doubletree for service, amenities, etc. This is the best one we have stayed in yet.

9. I booked the stay online at a decent discount, and if you can get your stay for a reasonable price, the location, cleanliness, updated contemporary style, nice health club amenities, really excellent service make this a good all-round hotel for visiting Chicago.
