7. I think part of the problem is they receive a lot of airport overflow traffic (passengers who are already disgruntled) so they get busy at times and I'm sure the staff gets stressed from time to time (happened last night when LaGuardia got shut down and everyone arrived to check in hours late).

10. Instead, the check-in clerk kept trying to pull it up the reservation on the computer, then walked away from the desk, then came back and called another Sheraton to see if my reservation was there, even though their hotel address was on the confirmation sheet.
