1. The location is great if you want to go to the magnificent mile (1 block) or the Navy Pier/Lake Michigan (about 5 blocks).

2. Our room was on the 15th floor with a few of the Chicago skyline, could not see Lake Michigan from our room - but no matter the view was still high rise rich.

6. We waited about 3 minutes and the lady at the desk kindly stated that I could get a King on the 24 floor (top floor) with a view of Magnificent Mile or a Queen Corner Room with a partial view of the lake, however that room would not be ready for about another hour.
