1. Perfect housekeeping, helpfull and friendly frontdesk staff and concierge, very nice breakfast with a nice lake view, and an amazing Fitness center with my favorites toys: kettlebells.

5. All the staff made a big fuss over the girls - and when housekeeping came (she was FANTASTIC!), she laid out the girls' nightgowns on the beds & put their stuffed animals very neatly propped up on the pillows.
