4. The hotel recently introduced very nice new bath amenities (Le Labo 36) which are a definite improvement and almost as nice as the Le Labo 22 at the Park Hyatt DC.

6. The rooms are all exceptionally large (500ft+) and the Park View rooms (overlooking the Water Tower & the sea) have huge baths which you can open up to the living room.
