1. The rooms aren't very big, but it was exactly what I needed: cheap, clean, 5-10 minute walk to BART, free wi-fi in the rooms, and coffee and a danish in the morning.

2. Room is pretty basic, but you do get free high speed internet and are located in the south of market region only a 5 minute walk to the location of the event I attended that evening.
