When he told me this, I did not accept this answer because I know, having worked in hotels myself, I could have pre checked in, put my luggage in storage and come back later, which I had told him that I was willing to do but none of this would suffice for this so called manager at first, until I persisted and only then did he proceed to do a pre check in for me.

7. Next, before even greeting me or asking for my name, Bobby had said it was to early to check in and that I would have to come back after 3:00; the way he said it made me feel like I was disturbing whatever he was doing behind the closed door that led to the back office.

8. When I approached the entrance of the hotel at 2PM on 2/24 to check in, the first thing that I noticed was that both entrance to the hotel were locked and Bobby had come out of the back office to let me in.
